Terms & Policies

• All procedures are non-refundable and require payment in full after the service.

• A booking fee per procedure is required to secure your appointment. The booking fee is non-refundable.

• If you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less then 72hrs notice you will be charged 50% of the full procedure price as a cancellation fee.

• Cancelled appointments should be communicated by email as written confirmation only will be recognised *Late arrivals to scheduled appointments will result in your technician being unable to carry out the procedure and you being charged 50% of the full treatment cost.

• A 1.5% Surcharge will be added to all credit card transactions.

• All prices are inclusive of VAT.

• For all Ombre Blush Brow procedures include a complimentary colour boost also know as a perfection appointment which must be taken within 3 months of the original appointment. All colour boost appointments made after this will incur charges.

• We are unable to perform any cosmetic enhancements on minors under the age of 18 without parental and doctor's consent.

• Your booking fee is verification that full information has been provided regarding our terms and conditions.
